The JN Series Tumble Dryer is widely used in the biomass granulation process. It effectively dries materials like wood chips, straw, rice husk, and more, ensuring the raw material moisture meets the requirements of granulation. The hot air enters the dryer cylinder from the hot air stove, while the material enters from the feed port. Inside the dryer, the material is lifted by the lifting plate, allowing the hot air to come into contact with the material and remove the water. The dried material is then discharged through the outlet, while the hot air is pumped away from the upper end. The movement of the material is primarily facilitated by the lifting plate.
