How to Make Pellets

1. 1. Begin by using a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller, manageable pieces.
2. 2. Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to lower the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to an optimal 8-15%, making them ideal for pelletizing.
3. 3. Gradually feed the processed sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure stable and consistent raw material input.
4. 4. Post-pelletizing, the pellets will be hot and unsuitable for immediate packaging. They need to be cooled using a pellet cooler to stabilize their temperature.
5. 5. Following cooling, the pellets are passed through a vibrating sieve, which separates the well-formed pellets from the broken ones or powder, which can be collected for reprocessing.
6. 6. Finally, the pellets are ready to be packed using a pellet packing machine, ensuring they are securely and conveniently packaged.
