How to Make Pellets

1. Start with a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to break down wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller, manageable pieces.
2. Utilize a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of sawdust or other materials to an ideal range of 8-15% for optimal pelletizing.
3. Gradually feed the prepared sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure a consistent feed of raw materials.
4. Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and need to be cooled using a pellet cooler before packaging.
5. Following cooling, the pellets undergo a vibrating sieve process. High-quality pellets are separated, while broken ones or powder are collected for reproduction.
6. Finally, use a pellet packing machine to pack the finished pellets.
