- Utilize a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller, manageable pieces.
- Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to lower the moisture content of sawdust or other materials to the optimal range of 8-15%, ideal for pelletizing.
- Gradually introduce sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For high-volume pellet production, we recommend using a screw feeder to ensure a steady and stable flow of raw materials.
- Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and unsuitable for direct packaging. They must be cooled using a pellet cooler before proceeding.
- Subsequently, the pellets pass through a vibrating sieve. High-quality pellets are segregated, while broken pieces or powder are collected for reprocessing.
- Finally, the pellets are ready for packing using a pellet packing machine.
