How to Make Pellets

1. Utilize our robust Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce the size of your materials, making them more manageable and prepared for pelletizing.
2. Ensure optimal moisture content in your sawdust or other materials, ideally between 8-15%. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer or Air-flow dryer) or by adjusting the moisture manually.
3. Gradually introduce the sawdust into the pellet machine. For larger operations, our screw feeder provides stable and consistent raw material feeding.
4. Post-pelletizing, the high-temperature pellets need cooling. Our efficient pellet cooler brings them down to the perfect temperature for further processing.
5. Next, the cooled pellets pass through a vibrating sieve, separating top-quality pellets from broken pieces or powder. This step guarantees only premium pellets are collected for use.
