1. Utilize our Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce materials to a manageable size.
2. Ensure the sawdust or other materials have a moisture content between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or by adding water directly.
3. Gradually introduce the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder maintains stable feeding of raw materials.
4. Post-pelletizing, the high-temperature pellets require cooling. Our pellet cooler efficiently reduces their temperature for further processing.
5. Subsequently, the cooled pellets pass through a vibrating sieve, separating high-quality pellets from broken ones or powder, ensuring only the best pellets are collected for use.
