The Flat Die Wood Pellet Machine, manufactured by Jinan Jinneng Machinery Co., LTD, is designed to cater to the reading habits of English-speaking natives. This machine utilizes various solid waste materials such as crops, corn stalk, straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton stalk, soybean stalk, rice husk, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, and bark as raw materials.
By crushing, applying pressure, and densification, these raw materials are molded into small stick solid rest pellet fuel. The resulting pellet fuel, made from wood chips and straw scales, is created by pressing roller and ring die at room temperature.
The density of the raw materials typically ranges from 110-130kg/m3, while the particle density after molding exceeds 1100kg/m3. This high density makes transportation and storage of the pellet fuel extremely convenient. Additionally, the combustion performance of the fuel is significantly improved.

It is perfect for pressing a variety of materials such as rice husks, hardwood sawdust, sunflower seed shells, peanut shells, wood veneers, and other wood wastes.
