With the help of crushing, pressure, densification, and molding processes, these raw materials are transformed into small stick solid rest pellet fuel. The resulting pellet fuel, made from wood chips and straw scales, is produced by pressing rollers and ring dies at room temperature.
The density of the raw materials typically ranges from 110-130kg/m3, while the particle density after molding exceeds 1100kg/m3. This high density makes transportation and storage of the pellet fuel extremely convenient. Additionally, the combustion performance of the fuel is significantly improved.
