How to Make Pellets

2. Use a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to between 8-15%.


3. Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale pellet production, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure stable feeding.


4. After pelletizing, cool the pellets using a pellet cooler.


5. Pass the pellets through a vibrating sieve to separate good pellets from broken ones or powder.


6. Finally, pack the pellets using a pellet packing machine for easy storage and transportation.
