Our Biomass Wood Pellet Machine stands as our flagship product, showcasing our expertise in designing and manufacturing advanced biomass pellet machinery and complete production lines, including all auxiliary equipment. The Wood Pellet Production Line is engineered for optimal performance with agro-forestry residues such as straw, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanut shells, bamboo, empty fruit branches, pulverized coal, and waste paper.
Featuring an exquisite stainless steel mold, our machines promise longevity that is several times greater than ordinary products. The innovative double-layer design allows the mold to be used twice, ensuring superior durability. An automatic lubrication system, safeguarded by a circulating pump, ensures smooth operation and robust bearing protection.
Our wood pellet production line is distinguished by its low energy consumption, high efficiency, and remarkable durability. By manufacturing all accessories and components in-house, we guarantee top-notch quality control, eliminating the risks associated with outsourcing.

How to Make Pellets
- Utilize a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce wood logs, chips, or other raw materials into manageable pieces.
- Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to lower the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to an ideal 8-15% for pelletizing.
- Gradually introduce the sawdust or raw materials into the pellet machine. For extensive pellet production, a screw feeder is recommended for consistent, stable feeding.
- Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and unsuitable for immediate packaging. They require cooling via a pellet cooler.
- Subsequently, the pellets pass through a vibrating sieve to separate quality pellets from broken ones or powder, which can then be recycled.
- Finally, the refined pellets are ready to be packed using a pellet packing machine.
Scope Of Use
The Ring Mold Granule Machine finds extensive application in large, medium, and small-scale aquaculture, food feed processing plants, livestock and poultry farms, as well as among individual farmers. This versatile particle equipment is also pivotal in the biomass energy industry, transforming biomass raw materials like branches and stalks into rod-shaped fuel particles, presenting a sustainable alternative to coal.
