In the biomass granulation process, the JN Series Tumble Dryer is essential for drying raw materials like wood chips, straw, rice husk, and more.
The hot air enters the dryer cylinder from the hot air stove, while the material is fed through the inlet. Inside the dryer, the lifting plate raises the material, allowing it to come into contact with the hot air, effectively removing moisture. The dried material is then discharged through the outlet, while the hot air is pumped out from the upper end.
The JN Series Tumble Dryer consists of a cylinder, a feed port, a discharge port, a tooth ring, and an aperture.
