How to Make Pellets

Seeking an effortless method to produce pellets? Look no further! Our top-tier pellet machine streamlines the process of converting wood logs, chips, and other materials into high-quality pellets. Follow these steps:

1. Utilize our Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce the size of the raw materials, making them more manageable for pelletizing.
2. Ensure the moisture content of sawdust or other materials is between 8-15% for optimal results. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer) or by adding water as needed.
3. Gradually feed the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder guarantees consistent and stable feeding of the raw material.
4. Post-pelletizing, the high-temperature pellets require cooling. Our pellet cooler efficiently lowers the temperature, preparing them for further processing.
5. The cooled pellets are then passed through a vibrating sieve, which separates high-quality pellets from any broken pieces or powder, ensuring only the best pellets are collected.
