In the biomass granulation process, when the raw material moisture does not meet the granulation requirements, drying becomes necessary. The JN Series Tumble Dryer is an ideal solution for drying various materials, including wood chips, straw, rice, and more. Its simple operation and stable performance make it a reliable choice.

 

The dryer cylinder receives hot air from the hot air stove, while the material enters through the feed port. Inside the dryer, the lifting plate raises the material, allowing it to come into contact with the hot air and effectively remove moisture. The dried material is then discharged through the outlet, while the hot air is expelled from the upper end. The lifting plate plays a crucial role in facilitating the movement of the material. Additionally, the tumble dryer requires additional equipment such as a heat source (hot blast stove), fan, Shakron, and sometimes dust removal equipment. The tumble dryer itself consists of a cylinder, feed port, discharge port, tooth ring, and aperture.
