Applications:

 

The JN Series Tumble Dryer is widely used in the biomass granulation process to dry materials such as wood chips, straw, rice, and more. It effectively removes excess moisture from the raw materials, ensuring they meet the requirements of granulation.

 

Working Principle:

 

The hot air enters the dryer cylinder from the hot air stove, while the material is fed through the inlet. Inside the dryer, the lifting plate raises the material, allowing it to come into contact with the hot air. The hot air then absorbs the water from the material, which is subsequently discharged through the outlet. The hot air is pumped away from the upper end of the dryer. The movement of the material is primarily facilitated by the lifting plate.
