How to Make Pellets

1. Utilize our Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce the materials to a smaller, manageable size.
2. Make sure the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials is between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. Achieve this by using a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or by adding water accordingly.
3. Gradually feed the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder ensures stable and consistent feeding of the raw material.
4. Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and need to be cooled. Our pellet cooler efficiently reduces the temperature of the pellets, preparing them for further processing.
5. Once cooled, the pellets go through a vibrating sieve, separating the high-quality pellets from any broken ones or powder. This ensures only premium pellets are collected for use.
