2. Ensure the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials is optimally between 8-15%. This can be achieved using a Dryer (either rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer) or by adding water.
3. Gradually feed the processed sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale pellet production, our screw feeder ensures a consistent and stable feed of raw material into the machine.
4. Post-pelletizing, the pellets are at a high temperature and need to be cooled. Our state-of-the-art pellet cooler efficiently reduces the temperature of the pellets, preparing them for subsequent processes.
