Pellet fuel, made from wood chips and straw scales, is produced by pressing rollers and a ring die at room temperature. The density of the raw materials is generally around 110-130kg/m3, which significantly increases to over 1100kg/m3 after molding. This high density makes transportation and storage of the pellet fuel extremely convenient. Additionally, the combustion performance of the pellet fuel is greatly improved.
