How to Make Pellets

1. Use a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to break down wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller pieces.


2. Utilize a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to between 8-15%.


3. Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine, ensuring a stable feeding with a screw feeder for large-scale production.


4. Cool the pellets using a pellet cooler after pelletizing.


5. Pass the pellets through a vibrating sieve to separate good pellets from broken ones or powder for reproduction.


6. Finally, pack the pellets efficiently using a pellet packing machine.
