How to Make Pellets

1. Utilize our robust Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to minimize the materials for easier handling.
2. Ensure the moisture content of the sawdust or materials is between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or by simply adding water.
3. Gradually introduce the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder provides stable and consistent raw material feeding.
4. Post-pelletizing, the high-temperature pellets require cooling. Our pellet cooler efficiently reduces the pellet temperature, preparing them for subsequent processes.
5. The cooled pellets pass through a vibrating sieve, which efficiently separates high-quality pellets from any broken pieces or powder, ensuring only premium pellets are collected.
6. The final step is packaging. Our advanced pellet packing machine streamlines the process, making it quick and hassle-free.
