2. Ensure the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials is maintained between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or by adding water as necessary.
3. Gradually feed the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale operations, our screw feeder ensures consistent and stable raw material feeding.
4. Post-pelletizing, the high-temperature pellets require cooling. Our pellet cooler effectively reduces their temperature, preparing them for subsequent processes.
