Applications:

 

In the biomass granulation process, when the raw material moisture does not meet the granulation requirements, the JN Series Tumble Dryer comes to the rescue. It effectively dries materials such as wood chips, straw, rice, and more.

 

Working Principle:

 

The JN Series Tumble Dryer operates by introducing hot air from the hot air stove into the dryer cylinder. The wet material enters through the feed port and is lifted by the lifting plate inside the dryer. The hot air then comes into contact with the material, extracting the water. The dried material is discharged from the outlet, while the hot air is expelled from the upper end. The movement of the material is facilitated by the lifting plate.
