3. Gradually feed the prepared sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder ensures stable and consistent feeding of raw materials.
4. After pelletizing, the high-temperature pellets need to be cooled down. Our pellet cooler efficiently reduces the pellet temperature for safe handling and further processing.
5. Post cooling, the pellets pass through a vibrating sieve that separates high-quality pellets from broken ones or powder, ensuring only the best pellets are collected.
6. Finally, the pellets are ready for packaging. Our efficient pellet packing machine ensures a quick and hassle-free packaging process.
