How to Make Pellets

Looking for an efficient way to make pellets? With our high-quality pellet machine, transforming wood logs, chips, or other materials into pellets is a breeze. Follow these simple steps:

1. Start by using our Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce the materials to a smaller, manageable size.
2. Ensure the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials is between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / air-flow dryer) or by adjusting the water content.
3. Gradually feed the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder ensures a stable and consistent feed of raw material.
4. Following pelletizing, the pellets will be hot and need to be cooled. Our pellet cooler effectively reduces the temperature for further processing.
5. Next, the cooled pellets pass through a vibrating sieve, separating high-quality pellets from any broken ones or powder, ensuring only the best pellets are collected.
6. Finally, the pellets are ready for packaging. Our pellet packing machine streamlines the packaging process, making it quick and hassle-free.
