2. Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing.


3. Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine, with a screw feeder recommended for stable feeding in large-scale production.


4. After pelletizing, cool the pellets using a pellet cooler before further processing.


5. Pass the pellets through a vibrating sieve to separate good pellets from broken ones or powder for reprocessing.


6. Finally, pack the pellets efficiently using a pellet packing machine for convenient storage and transportation.
