How to Make Pellets

 

Learn the step-by-step process of making pellets with ease.

 

Step 1: Breaking Down Materials

 

Utilize a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to break down wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller pieces.

 

Step 2: Drying the Materials

 

Use a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to between 8-15% for ideal pelletizing.

 

Step 3: Pelletizing Process

 

Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, a screw feeder is recommended for stable feeding.

 

Step 4: Cooling and Sieving

 

After pelletizing, cool the pellets using a pellet cooler. Then, pass them through a vibrating sieve to separate good pellets from broken ones or powder for reproduction.

 

Step 5: Packing the Pellets

 

Finally, pack the pellets using a pellet packing machine for convenient storage and transportation.
