2. Use a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to reduce the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials to between 8-15%.


3. Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale pellet production, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure a stable feeding of raw materials.


4. After pelletizing, the pellets are hot and need to be cooled using a pellet cooler.


5. Pass the pellets through a vibrating sieve to separate good pellets from broken ones or powder for reproduction.


6. Finally, pack the pellets using a pellet packing machine for convenient storage and transportation.
