- Employ a Dryer, like a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to decrease the moisture content of sawdust or materials to an optimal range of 8-15%, ideal for pelletizing.
- Feed the sawdust or materials gradually into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, using a screw feeder is recommended to ensure consistent raw material input.
- Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and require cooling. Utilize a pellet cooler for this essential step before packaging.
- Subsequently, direct the pellets through a vibrating sieve. This process will separate quality pellets from broken pieces or powder, with the latter being collected for reprocessing.
- Lastly, pack the refined pellets using a pellet packing machine.
