How to Make Pellets

2. Ensure the sawdust or other materials have a moisture content between 8-15%. Achieve this with a Dryer (rotary drum dryer or Air-flow dryer) or by adding water as necessary.
3. Feed the sawdust gradually into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder ensures a steady flow of raw material.
4. Post-pelletizing, the pellets are extremely hot and require cooling. Our pellet cooler efficiently reduces the temperature, preparing them for further processing.
5. The cooled pellets are then processed through a vibrating sieve, separating high-quality pellets from any broken pieces or powder, ensuring only the best pellets are collected.
