Working Principle:

 

The hot air enters the dryer cylinder from the hot air stove, while the material is fed through the inlet. Inside the dryer, the lifting plate raises the material, allowing it to come into contact with the hot air. This contact facilitates the removal of water from the material. The dried material is then discharged through the outlet, while the hot air is pumped away from the upper end. The movement of the material is primarily facilitated by the lifting plate.
