How to Make Pellets
- Begin by using a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller, manageable pieces.
- Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to decrease the moisture content of the sawdust or other raw materials to an optimal 8-15%, perfect for pelletizing.
- Gradually introduce the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale operations, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure consistent and stable feeding of raw materials.
- Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and unsuitable for immediate packaging. They must first be cooled using a pellet cooler.
- Subsequently, the pellets pass through a vibrating sieve. This process separates high-quality pellets from broken ones or powder, which are then collected for reprocessing.
- Finally, the perfectly formed pellets can be packed using a pellet packing machine.
