Our Biomass Wood Pellet Machine stands as our flagship product, showcasing our expertise in designing and manufacturing advanced biomass pellet machinery and comprehensive production lines, including all auxiliary equipment. This state-of-the-art line primarily processes agro-forestry residues like straw, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanut shells, bamboo, empty fruit branches, pulverized coal, and waste paper, converting them into valuable resources.
Crafted from refined stainless steel, our machine's mold boasts a significantly longer lifespan, outperforming standard products multiple times over. The ingenious double-layer design allows for dual usage, ensuring exceptional durability. Additionally, the automatic lubrication and protection provided by the circulating pump guarantee smooth, efficient operation and unparalleled bearing protection.
Our wood pellet production line is synonymous with low energy consumption, high efficiency, and extraordinary durability. By manufacturing all accessories and components in-house, we ensure stringent quality control and superior product reliability, eliminating potential issues that might arise from outsourcing.

How to Make Pellets
- Start by using a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller, more manageable pieces.
- Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to lower the moisture content of sawdust or other materials to an optimal range of 8-15%, ideal for pelletizing.
- Gradually introduce sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, a screw feeder is recommended to ensure a steady and consistent feed of raw materials.
- Post-pelletizing, the pellets will be hot and unsuitable for direct packaging. They must be cooled using a pellet cooler to stabilize them.
- Following cooling, the pellets are processed through a vibrating sieve. This step separates high-quality pellets, with broken ones or powder being collected for reprocessing.
- Subsequently, the pellets can be efficiently packed using a pellet packing machine, ready for market distribution.
Scope Of Use
The Ring Mold Granule Machine is versatile, serving large, medium, and small aquaculture ventures, food feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual farmers, and small to medium-sized farms. It's also a staple in the biomass energy sector, transforming biomass raw materials like branches and stalks into rod-shaped particles, serving as an eco-friendly fuel alternative to coal.
