How to Make Pellets

1. Start by using our Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce the material size, making it more manageable.
2. Ensure that the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials is between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. Achieve this by employing a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or by adding water accordingly.
3. Gradually introduce the sawdust into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, our screw feeder provides a stable and consistent feed of raw material.
4. Upon pelletizing, the pellets are at a high temperature and need to be cooled. Our efficient pellet cooler rapidly reduces the temperature, preparing the pellets for subsequent processing.
5. Next, the cooled pellets are passed through a vibrating sieve, separating high-quality pellets from any broken pieces or powder. This process ensures only the finest pellets are collected for use.
