How to Make Pellets
- 1. Begin by using a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to reduce wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller pieces.
- 2. Employ a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer, to decrease the moisture content of the sawdust or materials to an ideal 8-15%, optimal for pelletizing.
- 3. Gradually feed the sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, a screw feeder is recommended to maintain a steady flow of raw materials.
- 4. Post-pelletizing, the hot pellets require cooling, which is achieved using a pellet cooler before they can be packed.
- 5. Following this, the pellets pass through a vibrating sieve to separate high-quality pellets from broken ones and powder, which are collected for reprocessing.
- 6. Lastly, the cooled pellets are ready for packaging using a pellet packing machine.
